A Humbling Experience: MAT4Moms

It was our pleasure to be able to work with ProHealth Care in order to contribute to the MAT4Moms program. MAT4Moms is a program that provides pregnant mothers who faced opioid addiction the opportunity to improve the chances for successful drug withdrawal and recovery while also reducing the risk of addiction to their unborn babies. We felt MAT4Moms was an excellent vehicle to combat a large problem regarding mental health: opioid addiction of mothers. Contributing to MAT4Moms was rewarding and is a step towards the right direction in improving the mental health condition of our community, and we were glad to be a part of it.
