Dr. Makhija is a current, practicing psychiatrist in the Greater Milwaukee Area. She became involved with Soaring Minds as an advisory board member in 2020, giving insights towards the research of projects. She enjoys reading, spending quality time with her family and close friends, and sampling different ethnic cuisines.

Becky is an educator, nurse, and multi-disciplinary high-school committee member. She was instrumental in the implementation of the Family University Program at Brookfield Central to educate parents and family members about community resources for students who suffered from anxiety and depression. Her 23 years of involvement in the high school setting has given her a comprehensive perspective on the challenges adolescents can encounter. She became involved with Soaring Minds as an advisory board member in 2020, helping with the oversight of projects geared towards young adults. In her free time you can find her baking, gardening, or going up to the lakes with her family.  

Jennie is a current educator and psychologist for the Elmbrook School District. She also led the introduction of the Hope Squad initiative to Brookfield Central High School. She became involved with Soaring Minds as an advisory board member in 2020, helping with the implementation of certain projects in school settings. Some hobbies she enjoys are outside/gardening, cooking, and watching a great movie.
